1:1 Stretch Session
Book your 1-on-1 stretching session with a licensed massage therapist and certified stretch practitioner. Starting with the head and neck, you will be gently guided through a series of stretches proven to improve flexibility, range of motion, and mobility. It’s a full body head-to-toe stretch focusing on major muscle groups and extremities, alleviating tight muscles and easing joint stiffness throughout.
In-Person Group Stretch Session
LET'S GET FLEXIBLE!
This is a virtual stretch session where you will follow a series of seated and standing stretches via Zoom in order to improve range of motion, flexibility, reduce muscle strain and fatigue. It's a full body stretch focusing on major muscle groups and extremities (arms and legs) alleviating tight muscles and easing joint stiffness.
